MB Partners are delighted to announce that ‘Ignition’, HR Strategy Pro’s new service tailored to the automotive sector and its associated industries such as motorsport, tyres and transport, have partnered with leading British F4 talent, Louis Foster, for the remainder of the 2019 season.
HR Strategy Pro has achieved solid growth since it was formed in 2016 by two HR Professionals, helping businesses of all different sizes and across industries to unlock people performance by providing strategic HR, Leadership and Executive Coaching support. 2019 has been no different seeing the launch of ‘Ignition’ their new industry specific service for the automotive world and its associated sectors.
Also enjoying an important year thus far, Louis Foster has made a memorable impression as he has embarked upon his debut single-seater campaign alongside Double R Racing in British Formula 4. Currently lying in second-place in the Drivers Standings at the season’s halfway stage, the 16-year-old is delighted to be working with the HRSP Ignition team across the remainder of the season.

HR Strategy Pro Director, Nick Butcher, is equally excited about the new partnership. To support their partnership with Louis, Nick and his team will also be working alongside Double R Racing offering leadership training and coaching to key members of Louis’ racing team.
